Cancellation & Refund Policy

LIFEASIS sells downloadable and digital fillable files. Because access is granted immediately after payment and the files cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered and accessed.

An order can be cancelled if you contact us before the files have been delivered or accessed. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges to cancel — Fourth Trimester is a one-time $19 USD purchase.

If your files do not arrive, a download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or you cannot open or use the format you purchased, contact us and we will fix it. We will re-send or restore access, and if we cannot resolve the problem we will refund the purchase in full.

If you were charged more than once for the same product, or a payment was made in error, write to us with the transaction details. We review these cases and refund verified duplicate or accidental charges.

Email hello@lifeasis.life with your order email, the date of purchase and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
