Terms & Conditions

By using this website or purchasing a product from LIFEASIS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy our products.

LIFEASIS sells digital products — printable and digital fillable systems. Fourth Trimester is priced at $19 USD as a one-time purchase and includes the A4 Printable, US Letter Printable and Digital Fillable formats. Prices are shown on the product and pricing pages and may change for future purchases.

Once payment is confirmed, your files are made available electronically. Nothing is shipped physically. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own use, including printing copies for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or create derivative products from the files.

All content on this site, including product files, text, layouts and imagery, belongs to LIFEASIS unless stated otherwise.

Fourth Trimester is an organizational tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified health professional. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, contact your care provider. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

We aim to keep the site available, but we may update, suspend or withdraw products and site features. We may also update these terms; the version published here applies to your use of the site.

Our products are provided for organisational use. To the extent permitted by law, LIFEASIS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products.
